Fat guy in a little coat

militaryfit-bombshell:

I asked my trainer for a generic, regular, non-competition, everyday, average, basic, any age, easy, meal plan. That being said, if you follow this, it is on your OWN CHOICE. Don’t ask me can you change this for that or add this here or there or whatever. I’m not a nutritionist, doctor, etc. She’s my trainer and I’m not going to answer questions on this meal plan since I didn’t write it!
Again, follow on your OWN terms!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111one

Eating every 3-4 hours.

1) 2 whole eggs
1/4 c oatmeal
Spinach, scallions in eggs if you want

2) 4 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 whole apple, peeled(just because the peel has pesticides)

3) 4 oz chicken
Large salad
1 tablespoon dressing

4) 1/4 c almonds
2 oz whole fat, natural cheese

5) 4 oz beef/salmon
1/2 c veggies
4 oz sweet potato

Soda’s Evil Twin - An Infographic About Sugar Intake:

As an initial idea for my Final Major Project, I’m researching sugary snacks and drinks, and how they are easily replaced by healthy ones. Infographics are a good way of looking through information in a visual way, with the usage of well-designed pictograms, charts and figures laid out in a way that is most user-friendly.

The following is an informative (and startling) insight into sugary content and intakes for adults across the western world.
